Alan Teo, NUSTAR Resort and Casino’s Chief Operating Officer, leads the resort’s daily operations and strategic direction. With over 20 years in senior leadership, including significant roles at Resorts World Sentosa, he brings extensive experience in managing integrated resorts. Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from IE Business School. At NUSTAR, he fosters an environment where business leaders collaborate, communicate openly, and adapt to changing conditions, ensuring the resort’s continuous growth and success in a dynamic industry.
