I am the Managing Director of Differential Labs, a consultancy focused on solely on casino analytics and related strategies and AI adoption. More specifically we focus on enhancing marketing efficiency and automation, fraud reduction, and regulatory compliance. We cover a lot of ground serving the spectrum of gaming including: iGaming, large integrated resorts, and commercial / tribal regional operations.

Before founding differential labs, I held senior roles at major casino properties in Las Vegas, Macau, and Australia. At these properties, I either established or managed analytics or casino marketing departments; most recently as the Vice President of Casino Marketing with Wynn Macau. I played a key role in opening several successful Integrated Resorts, including the Venetian Macau, City of Dreams, and Wynn Palace. In addition, I oversaw one of the largest casino loyalty programs globally.

At Crown Resorts in Australia, I managed corporate business development across diverse markets spanning online gaming, and green-field development in Asia, Las Vegas, and Australia, and M&A situations. Through Tableau Capital, I continue to execute corporate strategy and due diligence projects for casino operators and private equity firms.

Recognized as a thought leader in casino analytics, I publish articles and speak regularly on casino analytics and AI adoption. In 2013, I was honored in the American Gaming Association’s ’40 under 40′. I hold a degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas
