Vina is currently the Assistant Vice President of the Gaming Licensing and Development Department (GLDD) of PAGCOR, covering the licensing and regulation of the country’s integrated resorts and land-based casinos. She joined PAGCOR in 1997 starting as a Clerk, and has since assumed various roles in Customer Relations, Marketing, and Administration in the casino and corporate offices. She headed the Documents Control Team that prepared and assisted PAGCOR into acquiring its first ISO 9001 certification in 2017.

Vina graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Mass Communication at the University of St. La Salle-Bacolod City.

She is also a certified yoga instructor.
